Doesn't show all available output audio devices

Describe the bug
After remove the wired headset, it shows Speaker as the only available output audio device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run sample-app-compose
2. Connect to a room
3. Plug wired headset
4. Unplug wired headset
5. Tap speaker icon
6. Earpiece is missing

Expected behavior
Show both Speaker & Earpiece

Device Info:

• Device: Honeywell CT37
• OS: Android 14

Additional context
Once replug the headset, it shows both Speaker & Wired Headset

Tested on different devices & found more insights on this issue. This is only reproducible on devices which are not having the feature android.hardware.telephony (Honeywell CT37/ Ascom Myco4/ Zebra HC50 / Zebra TC21 / Cisco CP-860)
