[bug] Can't recover connection after putting the app to background

Describe the bug

This is specific to Android and the issue can be reproduced with the example client provided in this same repo.

To Reproduce

1. Connect to a room
2. Put the app to the background for say 5-10 seconds
3. Resume the app and you'll notice it's still attempting to reconnect and after 10 attempts it disconnects the connection

Expected behavior

Connection should be resumed

Android 15. (Pixel 7)

Try waiting for few more seconds if you can't reproduce with 5 seconds.

I am also facing the same issue, especially on iOS. After starting screen share, when I minimize the app, the screen share stops after a few seconds, and sometimes the connection is lost as well.
