Streamer duplicate instances

Describe the bug
from streamer side initially i got ConnectionQuality.lost
then multiple times RoomAttemptReconnectEvent() RoomAttemptReconnectEvent()
after this stremer multiple instances created

unable to recognize which instance have active came , each and every instance returning same data ,
To Reproduce
turn off mobile data and wifi and reconnect wifi or mobile data

Expected behavior
should not create multiple instances
