[bug] Remote track not properly listened joining a room the second time

The problem

1. Join to a room where other remote participants are already in
2. disconnect and dispose from the room
3. reconnect again to the same room (still the other participants are there)
4. you can see them, but not they're video and the tracks events are not properly propagated

Forcing a full app and SDK restart make everything works again.

Expected behavior
Joining the second time would have the same behaviour as first time!

Got the same issue as mentioned above.

1. Flutter version: Flutter (Channel stable, 3.32.5)
2. Plugin version: 2.5.1

on ParticipantEvent, it returns TrackSubscriptionExceptionEvent with reason TrackSubscribeFailReason.notTrackMetadataFound

Updated:
Upgrade to 2.5.3. The issue remains the same.

Currently, downgrade to v2.4.9 would temporary solve this issue. This issue occurred start from v2.5.0.
