Deep link to search query (especially loc)

I'm working on software to provide interactive maps for con venues called ConCarte. One of the features it has is the ability to add a description, including hyperlinks, to rooms. For programme rooms, it would be nice if people could add a link to ConClár to show all the programme that is happening in that room.

Another use case would be to print QR codes for a programme room and put them up outside to room.

There's obviously a question about whether you should special case loc, or if one should be able to link to any search query.

A use case for arbitrary queries: in the Discord for Worldcon 2024 we had to explain to people a lot they could select "Online" from the environment dropdown, or "Replay" from the note dropdown in order to see stuff streaming / available for replay. It would have been nice if we could have just sent a link rather than explaining what to select from which dropdown.

I would start with any single dropdown search, like "Online"; it seems equivalent to a location search. Actual text searches or combinations of text and dropdowns for a search are the arbitrary case.

#173 has been merged, allowing rooms to be linked to.

At the moment this only allows rooms. I have an idea to make it work for any tags.
