We have details about the meetings, we should add some details about the mailing list too. Explicitly state we expect you to hold yourselves to the code. Mention things like [JOBS], moderation, silent deletion of non-subscribed users, etc...

Sounds useful, would help to make it clear how to go about promoting things like jobs, books, courses etc. Maybe something to discourage spammy behaviour like mass emailing people off-list?
