Cleanup SDK Reference documentation #53
Description
At the moment being, public SDK reference documentation, that is generated from XML Doc, has some minor issues, that need to be addressed:
- Ensure XML Docs have correct and clear wording everywhere and no grammatical or punctuation mistakes. #60
- Ensure SDK reference ToC is user-friendly and easy to follow. #59
- Exclude some types, that are not intended for use by end consumer, from SDK documentation generation. #61
Unfortunately, there some issues with docfx tool, for example dotnet/docfx#9518, that prevent valid documentation generation in some circumstances.
