[Feature Request] Add update_project tool

Question

I noticed that update_project is not implemented while all other resources
(issues, modules, cycles, labels, states, worklogs) have update operations.

Was this intentional, or just not prioritized yet?

I'd be happy to implement it if it's just a matter of priority.
