Adir1 and Amin test```test_sample_metadata.py``` fails - no ```contam_``` data

Adir1 and Amin1 fail the ```test_sample_metadata.py``` test as contamination data were not calculated for them. These tests need to be omitted, modified, or new ones added, for Amin1 and Adir1.
