parallax background and parallax element in a same time #146

Thanks for creating this plugin :)
I’d like to use Stellar for parallax background and parallax element in a same time. Please open this link:

As you can see the "We Mean Business" text has scroll toward bottom. To make such an effect I considered data-stellar-ratio="-0.1" to my element and also set positionProperty: 'transform'
The problem is my text stays above its position in the beginning by getting negative transform. I’d like my element stays in its position by page loading, translate3d(0px, 0, 0px), and by scrolling this amount get change. Is that possible? Do you think I can create a website like https://carv.ai/ by using Stellar plugin?
