Provide tex2mml-page? #18

Would it be possible to provide a tex2mml-page variant as well? I'm working with Rob Beezer on EPUB and Kindle production for PreTeXt. tex2svg-page works well for EPUB, but Kindle really dislikes having more than a handful of SVGs and is doing well with MathML at the moment. (Our MathML production is using MathJax 2 and mathjax-node-page at the moment, but I was looking to see if we could move the EPUB and Kindle pipeline over to MathJax 3 using the node demos.)
