Improve the handling of road grade for the Longitudinal Vehicle block

Currently, the road grade is an external input signal defined as a function of time. However, the road grade should be defined as a function of vehicle position. For the Vehicle Body block in Simscape Driveline, the Road Profile block can be used exactly for that purpose. We need a similar block for the Longitudinal Vehicle block.
