Adding a reaction and removing it bumps a room to the top of the room list and clears its last message.

Discovered on Element X iOS and can be reproduced as follows:

• Open a room that isn't at the top of the room list and has a last message.
• Add a reaction to any message in the timeline.
• Remove that reaction.
• Go back to the room list

The room is now shown at the top and the last message has been removed.

We're using the newLatestEvent API and enableLatestEventSorter is still disabled.

Presumably only if said redaction is redacting the current latestEvent, so that in the case of redacting a reaction (or any other event in the timeline) the latestEvent would remain unchanged?
