"speed: 0" is too slow

Basically what the title says. The default and fastest speed possible is too slow.

If due to technical limitations a even faster speed is not possible, an option to skip through multiple characters would be a neat replacement. Something like charactersPerTick which would default to 1. So instead of the typing process looking like this:

H
He
Hel
Hell
Hello

It would look like thi:

He
Hell
Hello
