MPhys wrapper: Modify initial values of DVGeo inputs in OpenMDAO

Description of feature

The add_input within pygeo should be standardized so that the initial values default to the correct values. For example, "local" shape change parameters should be set to 0 by default. More details can be found at: OpenMDAO/mphys#51 (comment)

This issue is only related to the MPhys wrapper which is moved to the pyGeo repo from the MPhys repo in #120
