Android app crashed in Release, working fine in Debug

the app crashed a few seconds after entering the app. The title at the top and sidebar menu is also not shown. social media links are also not shown.

What I've tried:

• enable/disable Proguard
• enable/diable minify and shrinking
• upgrade/downgrade Gradle and Kotlin version
• upgrade Flutter
