Add more testing of diskann-garnet to get to 90% coverage

Currently most diskann-garnet testing lives on the Garnet side, but it may be useful to get lib.rs, fsm.rs, and dynindex.rs up to 90% coverage, although the utility of dynindex.rs seems suspect as it is just a wrapper.
