[BUG] Can not install with Python 3.12

Package should build with Python 3.12.

Actual Behavior

Fails to install package.

Additional Details

Is it possible to update the wheels and pypi to work with diskann. The last release was at the start of Feb 2024. https://pypi.org/project/diskannpy/#history

Given that it is now in rust should be able to release with maturin/pyo3.

I am currently just installing through uv add diskannpy in a python 3.12 environment. The error happens on newer versions of python. I am able to install in a python 3.11 environment.

Given that the package on pypi is from 2024, I think it would still be the cpp version?

Since the main branch is now rust, I think it would make sense to include a pyo3 wrapper for it with all of the new updates from the last few years, such as incremental building.

The current documentation for the rust version is unclear to me from the docs.rs: https://docs.rs/diskann/latest/diskann/index.html

I may be missing something for installing a python version from here.

We are no longer maintaining the C++ versions. We will publish newer versions by wrapping the Rust version

I will probably keep this issue open until the new rust version is uploaded to pypi. And then test it out once available.
