JWT token validation extension

I used extension auth/azure to request access token (on behalf of user) for accessing target tool.
For token validation, I was using custom code and thought of adding extension to standardize the manner in which token is validate, claims extracted to access downstream tools.

Please refer PR for this change, have not create issue as this is more of an extension
