Autogen autolog needs to show Agent names in Span names.

We're currently using MLflow 3.1 in enterprise applications to track Autogen usage.

Overall it works well, but we'd like some improvements:

Right now Span names only show method names like "creat_1", "creat_2", "creat_3" without the full agent names, which aren't visible elsewhere either. This makes it hard to track multi-agent workflows.

We hope MLflow can support displaying agent names.
