[BUG] LineChart circle "r" attribute becomes 0 if extraMaxPixels equal to zero, especially if markerSize is > 0.

This issue is through out the LineChart.tsx file.
You can reproduce this by providing a markerSize to all the points and setting lineOptions = { mode: 'lines+markers' }.
No markers will be renders if your point markerSize is greater than 0
