Do nlp receipies works for latest transformers version? #619

Description
I have been using nlp receipies from a past few months on transformer version 2.6 and tried upgrading to latest version but this was not supporting and even i tried to install latest nlp receipie 2.1 and even that was not supporting latest version. Can any one of you please check this issue
