Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As part of ongoing work to improve accessibility, it is desirable for some users to be able to quickly flash their project code to their micro:bit without having to navigate around the app first. Having to navigate away and then back to their code are extra unwanted steps that adds cognitive load and makes iterating on code harder and slower.
Describe the solution you'd like
We would like the MakeCode team to consider adding a single letter shortcut that starts the download to micro:bit flow. If this is pressed accidentally, the flow can be cancelled and focus returned to where the user started. We would be happy to implement this feature and submit a PR if the MakeCode team also thinks this is valuable.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The app already has a shortcut to navigate between different regions, and screen readers also offer this facility, however, these are often multi-key and multi-step processes and there does not appear to another way to get around this other than adding a single letter shortcut.
Additional context
We hope to test with a single letter shortcut to download code to the micro:bit when conducting user testing with Blockly screen reader improvements. However, it seems unfair to test with such a feature unless the MakeCode team would support its addition if it received positive feedback.
