[Feature] custom natvis without using launch.json

Request Overview

Currently, with launch.json configuration we can have custom natvis files with the "visualizerFile" variable, but it would be much better if we could get rid of launch.json entirely and just use cmake's debug feature with the ability to configure custom natvis paths. Thanks.

nativis is a file that works with msvc debugger and provides additional debugging information for types.
