Copilot making files

I don't want copilot to make files or change my existing files, I only want to ask it questions in the chat window, STOP MAKING CHANGES TO MY FILES AND CREATING NEW FILES, IF I WANTED TO THAT HAPPEN I WILL DO IT MYSELF.

How do you interact with Copilot? Via the edit flow or chat flow? The latter should never change or edit files, while the former is build specifically for that

Right it's outright stars making a lot of changes without asking whether we want those changes, make it work like how it's on cursor
