Continues to Suggest a Fucntion that's Identical to the current function.

Steps to Reproduce:
Inform chat that a specific function is failing with an error and ask Chat to update the function to resolve the issue.

What Happens:
Copilot outputs some text and then outputs the function in 100% identical code to the current function. When I inform chat this is the exact code I already have, chat apologies and outputs the exact function again as if it's given me something new. Inane.
