How to download a file - set destination folder for downloads?

I've downloaded the Google Colab extension Visual Studio Code - which is great, though - , and (while this code works and downloads the .mp3 file on the local folder in the web version), in the desktop/extension version it does not download the result/file.

I highly suspect this is due I do not know how to set the destination/folder that the environment uses for download the file(s) - with this extension.

Can anyone please point the issue with how to set the extension (or, what else is required to set the Google Colab/Visual Studio code) with this code for download the file in the local PC?

This is my code - that you can copy/paste on any notebook on the web version in Google Colab and you can test that this code is working:
