Server cli missing

MacOS 11.5.2
Node V12.16.2
No errors on npm start
No console errors, warning on cert Certificate not valid - see description of issue below.

Describe the bug issue
In the course Challenge 0: Solution you go through a sequence and when you get to node ./server/cli/cli.js my setup doesn't match. I get an error that module not found, and the cli folder is missing from server.

Am I missing something? I've also read the readme and gone through the lesson a couple of times.
