NOTICE - Anybody trying to open on mac apple silicon (warning app damaged)

You can open it by running the terminal command:

xattr -cr /Applications/codexia.app && open /Applications/codexia.app

Please consider adding this to the readme file as it's not obvious. I watched a YouTube video of somebody trying out Codexia and they couldn't open the app and gave up, Assuming the app is broken.
