Modrinth's Discord RPC overlaps with any modded ones

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug

When the Discord RPC setting is on, Modrinth's fires before any mod that adds an RPC can load
As such, Modrinth's drowns out the other, preventing the use of custom RPCs without turning this setting off.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install any modpack with a custom RPC
2. Launch said modpack
3. Modrinth's RPC overlaps

Expected behavior

The modded RPC should show up instead.
