Implement AI-Powered Document Search (AI-Doc-Search)

Implement a backend feature for AI-Doc-Search in the mockup-netiflex-backend project. This feature will allow users to perform semantic search across documentation or internal knowledge using natural language queries. Instead of keyword-based results, the system should return contextually relevant matches using vector embeddings.
