Private extensions set-up

I am a bit confused by how those are set up. As far as I can tell, there is a private extensions block at the end of encrypted payload, but only 0xa can appear there, and 0xa is itself a key-value pair? Any reason it's registered in the MOQT Object Extensions space, given that it can't appear there?

You're correct that 0xA (Private Extensions) can only appear within the encrypted payload, not as a regular MoQT Object Header Extension. The registration in the MOQ Extension Headers registry serves to reserve the value and prevent future conflicts—since the encrypted payload structure uses the same extension type format (16-bit type field), we wanted to ensure no collision with other extension types. We'll add a clarifying
note in the IANA Considerations section.
