[Bug]: Error about misnamed package in CI (and that error is not exposed/raised so it's missed)

What happened?

I found "Package missing. Expected homoglyphs-fork. Received homoglyphs_fork" in the CI logs.

What did you expect to happen?

• We shouldn't be erroring - the package is still named slightly differently, it's fine. (Add exception to something, etc?)
• The error shouldn't have been suppressed - if it's an error, its an error we should highlight properly in CI.

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Actually looks like there's a similar problem with mypy-extensions

Re: visibility, there are 19 failure annotations, so maybe it's just they are non-obvious from the PR?

The annotations bit is weird/misleading because for some (all?) of them that's a normal error code, nothing is actually wrong.
