Make dependabot configuration per-job #369
Description
Currently we have dependabot configured to update pip packages daily for the entire repo. But because no one has merged those PRs dependabot has stopped filing them. That makes it easy to end up with out of date packages.
Given that different people own different jobs, maybe we should adjust the dependabot configuration to be per-job, so that people who are actively maintaining their ETL scripts can get dependabot updates?
