The "is_first_run" = true flag is not displayed in the Full Advanced Targeting while the "First Run Experiment" option is checked

Description

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Create an experiment/rollout and check the "First Run Experiment" option from the Audience section.
2. Navigate to the Summary page and observe the Full Targeting expression.

[Expected result]:

• The "is_first_run" = true expression is displayed in the Full Targeting expression.

[Actual result]:

• The "is_first_run" = true flag is not displayed in the Full Advanced Targeting while the "First Run Experiment" option is checked (e.g.: https://stage.experimenter.nonprod.webservices.mozgcp.net/nimbus/apple-intelligence/summary/)

[Notes]:

• This issue is reproducible on Stage and Production servers.
