PDF content is covered while using editor

I am not familiar with CSS/JS and would like to seek for your help. I am using prebuilt version and used on my webpage with iframe embedded.

But the toolbar editor always covered the upper right corner of the PDF as attached. May I know what can be the way to modify the toolbar popup to be movable?
