XR Session restart fails with WebGPURender

Description

I discovered programmatically ending an XR session then attempting to create a new session fails with WebGPURenderer. It claims the session has ended trying to setup a new projection layer. It only appeared updating Quest OS to v79

Reproduction steps

1. Enter XR
2. Call to end the current session with the end method.
3. Try to enter XR again

It seems that is a regression of #31648. The instance of XRWebGLBinding was create every time setSession() was executed. Now, the first XR binding is cached in the member this._glBinding and never released.

@harryhjsh I believe to fix this issue, we need to set the member back to null in onSessionEnd(). Does that sound correct to you?
