The color picker popup is broken in RTL languages #40

Describe the bug
In RTL languages (such as Arabic), the color picker is broken.
To Reproduce
Open the color picker popup with the language set to Arabic.
Expected behavior
The color picker popup should show the hue and opacity bars, as well as support translating the title.
