getCursorPosition() returns false even when cursor is showing due to opened console

I dont know if its a bug or a feature, if its a feature then the wiki page should be updated, but getCursorPosition returns false while console or chat are opened, but the cursor is showing.
I expected the function to work, but it will never work without showCursor(true).

What about the cursor showing when bringing the main menu up or opening a browser ? should it return false or keep working ?
I don't see any case where we should not return the cursor coordinates. I don't think there is a way to abuse/exploit this.
Thoughts ?

I think we should always have coordinates. Maybe even when the cursor isnt showing.

Couldn't that break scripts which treat the lack of return of this function to mean cursor isn't showing, instead of using isCursorShowing? Perhaps a min_mta_version meta check will be needed if we do that.
