when entering notes in a second voice that I expect to be identical, they are in fact a semitone apart.
In the (bass staff) example I have entered the E-flat minim in the first voice. Then when I'm entering the second voice, the first "E" drops in behind the flat, so it looks like it's an E-flat, but it's actually an E-natural.
It's easy to miss a lot of these, and then get a nasty surprise on playback. Perhaps when this happens, the new note should be forced to display a natural so that it can be picked up immediately.
I have this on Windows but anther user cannot fully repro on Mac - it depends on voice order for them.
