How to disable transparent notification popups ?

I'm having trouble seeing the transparent notification popup, and I can't find any configuration that can disables it. Could you please provide some guidance?

I have the same issue, fresh install over the weekend. Claude did patch the CSS once, and I tried to update the configs and it rewrote it again.
A bit more long term solution would be dope. What's the proper way to tackle this theming issue?

Ok, it took claude two attempts and I only managed to capture the second output, including the diff. It's attached below in case helpful.

If someone can guide me towards a more proper way to patch this, or get how the themes actually work, I should be able to find some time to jam on making it proper
