Server Error: This QueryDict instance is immutable

I am getting this error when trying to get an IP address from the prefix. The Netbox(running as docker) version is 2023-07-17 21:58 UTC 6ef40a3a316e (v3.5.6)
Please take a look and let me know what is missing here.
