allrecipies.com can no longer be imported

Description
Earlier versions of the cookbook app perfectly imported all recipe data from the website https://www.allrecipes.com
Cookbook version 0.11.6 now reports the following error:

Download from https://www.allrecipes.com/creamy-cajun-pasta-recipe-11892221 failed as HTTP status code 402 is not in expected range.

https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/chicken-florentine-style-recipe-1942850 reports HTTP error 403
https://insanelygoodrecipes.com/chicken-schnitzel-with-noodles/ reports HTTP error 403

Some other recipe sites work well

Reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.allrecipes.com/creamy-cajun-pasta-recipe-11892221
2. copy the URL
3. switch to the cookbook app and paste the URL in the "Download recipe from URL" box
4. See error

Expected behavior
Previous versions imported all the recipe data perfectly including the image, and nutritional data

Actual behavior
A HTTP stat code 402 is displayed and the recipe is not imported
