Try to use corect datetime format on SchemaMigration class template

The main problem is explained in this forum post.

We use the $time$ template parameter, but, unfortunately, it is based on OS user settings which are not usually compatible with the expected format for the version field. We need to avoid using this parameter or at least add the appropriate TODO comment to pay attention to developers to check it.
