How to force generation of `@font-face` for some families?

My current problem is that fonts in SVG are not picked up (nor in `<style>` sections inside Vue SFC except the main one?). Is there some way to force this module to always generate a `@font-face` declaration even if it cannot find a use-case for some font? This is also be useful in cases where the font might be dynamically set (thing e.g. a WYSIWYG editor)
