Parse PPID and SGX Type extensions from PCK certificates and support in policies #6380
Description
The Go and Rust SGX/TDX quote parsing libraries should also parse PPID and SGX Type extensions from PCK certificates and support referencing them in quote policies (eg. so only certain values of the fields are allowed).
Together with #5758 relevant collections (eg. of PPIDs, FMSPCs) should be supported such that these collections can be referenced in policies instead of specifying individual values.
