clean up filter #113

I think the filter section could be cleaned up a bit.

Changes I think could make sense:

  • Change language to tech-stack
    • Have more high-level filters: React/Next.js, Vue, Hardhat, Rust, Wagmi, RainbowKit, etc.
    • Remove low-level filters like HTML/JS/TS/CSS.
    • (Remove tech-stack from tags)
  • Only keep one unspecified license.
  • Add hackathon as a source.
  • Go over tags, remove potential duplicates (Vue/Vue.js, confidential state/store). Are tags for specific things like 2FA needed, or could that be grouped?

In general, maybe we should think about who the target audience is and make the filters so that the main users can quickly get what they want.

If it's mostly developers who want to find projects with a similar tech stack to theirs, having a fast way to filter for them is beneficial.
IMHO, license filtering isn't needed.
