Issue

The current emulator network configuration is too restrictive & does not leverage the full benefits of fork testing.

It only allows you to define emulator aliases for a single profile (e.g. you cannot fork test alongside a regular emulator setup) and does not inherit from aliases already known for the mainnet network

Suggested Solution

We should define a new network format for fork testing in order to inherit mainnet aliases, but also allow overridability for test-specific aliasing
