CIs down for machine upgrade (until 08/04)

The lab hosting the machines needed for our onnx-mlir CIs is down until August 4th, so unfortunately we will not be able to merge code until then.

Sorry for the temporary interruptions.

If a PR is key for your development, ping me and we can consider merging it without full testing.
