Drupal 9 Test Plan for Business Users

🟩 User-Account: Editing account information and viewing submissions.

1. Editing your account information - In the "Edit" option within your User Account page, you should be able to:

   • Edit your "First Name"
   • Edit your "Last Name"
   • Edit your "Email Address"
   • Edit your "Password"

2. Reviewing the content submissions - In the "Submissions" option within your User Account page, you should be able to:

   • See all the content you've created and/or modified, ordered from most recent date of modification.

🟦 Content: Filtering, creating and managing content

1. Searching, Filtering and Actions on content - In the "Content" tab you should be able to select between "Content", "Comments", "Files" and "Media". You should able to Filter, Search and apply Actions on content as described below:

   • Select a "Content type" to filter
   • Select a "Moderation state" to filter
   • Select a "Language" option to filter
   • Enter a "Title" to search for
   • Apply an "Action" to one or more content items - Change moderation state, Delete content or Update URL Alias

2. Creating Pages - In the "Content" tab and by selecting the "Add Content" option, you should be able to:

   • Create a "Basic Page"
   • Create a "Landing page"

3. Creating and/or Editing Content Pages - In the "Content" tab, whether creating a new page or editing an existing page, you should be able to:

   • Enter the "Title" for your page
   • Enter some content for the "Body" for your page
   • Define a "URL alias" for your page
   • Select a "Save as" format

4. Media Files - In the "Content" tab, by navigating through the "Media" and "Add Media" tabs, you should be able to:

   • Upload an "Image"
   • Upload a "Document"

🟨 Dataset Suggestions: Searching, Filtering, Actions and Revisions.

1. Searching, Filtering and performing actions on Dataset Suggestions - In the "Content" tab and selecting "Review Dataset Suggestions" you should be able to:

   • Partitioning Suggested Datasets - At the top of the Suggested Datasets page, you can select between "Published", "Unapproved" and "Untranslated" Dataset Suggestions.
   • Filtering Dataset Suggestions by "Government institution"
   • Filtering Dataset Suggestions by "Suggested Dataset status"
   • Applying an Action - After selecting one or more Dataset Suggestions you can apply "Delete" or "Publish Content" actions

2. Managing Dataset Suggestions - In the "Content" tab and selecting "Review Dataset Suggestions", you should be able to:

Edit the content of Dataset Suggestions:

• Enter the "Suggested title of dataset(s)"
• Select a "Government institution"
• Enter a "Description"
• Select a "Subject"
• Enter "Keywords" - Select some terms that will help identify the dataset in a search query
• Select a "Status"
• Create a "Status Link" - Input a URL or site path that links to "Status" webpage, if there is one
• Specify a "Dataset release date"
• Input "Feedback"
• Select a "Save as" format

Delete all existing Translations for some Dataset Suggestion

• When viewing a Dataset Suggestion, go to the "Delete" tab and "Delete All Translations"

Check the Revision History for a Dataset Suggestion and changing to another instance of the Dataset Suggestion

• In the "Revisions" tab for a Dataset Suggestion, you should see a change log/history
• "Revert" to another instance of the Dataset Suggestion based on the date, time and author criteria in the change log.

🟪 Providing Feedback on a Dataset.

1. Dataset Feedback - When viewing a Dataset or Open Information record from the Open Government webpage, select the "Provide feedback" button. Also test the feedback form at the bottom of the Dataset page.

• Submit a feedback form
• Review your feedback submission - Verify that Drupal received your feedback form by selecting the "Manage" tab, then "Structure" and then "Webforms". The "Webform Submissions" page is where you should see your feedback submission

Checkboxes don't work when previewing a page, only when an issue is saved.
